When you send an enquiry, apply for finance or ask us to value your car, we collect the details you give us — such as your name, contact details, vehicle information, photos and, for finance applications, information about your income, address and residency.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and help you buy, sell or trade a vehicle.
• For finance applications, to refer your application to registered finance providers, who may carry out credit and identity checks.
• To meet our legal obligations as a Registered Motor Vehicle Trader.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except as described above or where the law requires.

Storage & security

Enquiries are delivered to our business email and kept only as long as we need them for the purposes above. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.
